Directions for Use:
1. Rinse your mouth with water before using the GUM Halicontrol Double Action Tongue Scraper 760. 2. Extend your tongue as far as comfortably possible. 3. Place the scraper on the back of your tongue. 4. Gently pull the scraper forward towards the tip of your tongue. 5. Rinse the scraper with water after each stroke. 6. Repeat steps 3-5 several times until the entire surface of your tongue has been scraped. 7. Rinse your mouth thoroughly with water after use. 8. Clean the tongue scraper with water and soap after each use and allow it to air dry.
Recommended Frequency:
For optimal results, use the GUM Halicontrol Double Action Tongue Scraper 760 once or twice daily, preferably after brushing your teeth.
Additional Tips:
1. Do not apply excessive pressure when scraping your tongue, as this may cause discomfort or irritation. 2. If you experience any bleeding or soreness, discontinue use and consult your dentist or hygienist. 3. Replace your tongue scraper every 3-4 months or sooner if it becomes worn or damaged.
4. Store the tongue scraper in a clean, dry place.
