How to use: 1. Cut approximately 45cm (18 inches) of Vitis Dental Floss With Wax. 2. Wrap most of the floss around your middle fingers, leaving a 3-5cm (1-2 inch) section between them. 3. Hold the floss taut between your thumbs and index fingers. 4. Gently guide the floss between your teeth using a back-and-forth motion. 5.
