Directions for Use: 1. Gently blow your nose. 2. Remove the protective cap. 3. For the first use, prime the nozzle by briefly pressing until a fine spray is produced. 4. Tilt your head slightly to the side. 5. Carefully insert the nozzle into one nostril. 6. Press the nozzle firmly for a short burst. 7. Let the solution drain out, then gently blow your nose. 8. Repeat the process in the other nostril. 9. Clean the nozzle with soapy water after each use and dry thoroughly. 10. Replace the protective cap.
Recommended Frequency: Use 2 to 6 times per day in each nostril, as needed, or as directed by your healthcare professional.
