How to use: 1. Ensure your legs are clean and dry before application. 2. Turn the tights inside out up to the heel. 3. Carefully gather the fabric from the toe to the heel. 4. Place your foot inside the foot section, ensuring the heel is correctly positioned. 5. Gently pull the tights up your leg, smoothing out any wrinkles as you go. 6. Adjust the waistband comfortably over your belly. 7. Ensure the tights are evenly distributed and not too tight or too loose in any area.


Recommended frequency: For optimal results, wear the Medilast Strong Maternity T5 tights daily. You may wear them throughout the day, removing them before bedtime.
