1. Loosen all straps. 2. Position the stabiliser around your ankle, ensuring the heel sits comfortably in the heel pocket. The Futuro logo should be facing outwards. 3. Secure the main strap under your foot and fasten it to the front of the stabiliser. Adjust for a comfortable fit, ensuring it's not too tight. 4. Fasten the two lateral straps in a figure-eight pattern around your ankle. Adjust the tightness to provide support without restricting circulation. 5. The straps should provide firm but comfortable support. If you experience any discomfort or numbness, loosen the straps slightly.
