Instructions for Use: 1. Cold Therapy: Place the Nexcare Coldhot Prem23 in the freezer for at least 2 hours before use. 2. Remove from the freezer and apply to the affected area. 3. Important: Never overheat the pack. 8. Always test the temperature on a small area of skin before applying to the affected area to avoid burns.
Recommended Frequency: Apply the Nexcare Coldhot Prem23 for 15-20 minutes at a time. You can repeat the application as needed, but allow at least 20 minutes between applications. Do not use for extended periods.
