How to Use: 1. Loosen all fasteners. 2. Position the support around your lower back with the contoured section in the small of your back and the label facing outwards. 3. Secure the main fastener in front. Adjust for a comfortable fit. 4. Attach and adjust the side straps for additional compression and support.
