How to use: 1. Open the pouch just before use.2. Locate the adhesive side of the patch.3. Peel away the paper backing from one side of the patch.4. Apply the adhesive side directly to the skin on the neck, shoulders, or wrists.5. Peel away the remaining paper backing and smooth the patch firmly onto the skin.6. Ensure the patch is flat against the skin with no wrinkles.7. For optimal results, wear the patch for 8 hours.8. After 8 hours, carefully remove the patch.


Recommended frequency: Use one patch per day as needed. Do not use more than one patch at a time on the same area. Do not use for more than 8 hours in a 24-hour period.


Additional tips: 1. Do not apply to damaged or irritated skin.2. Discontinue use and consult a doctor if you experience any discomfort, burning, swelling, rash, or other unusual symptoms.3. Do not use with topical pain relievers or other heat sources.4. Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.5. Keep out of reach of children and pets.6. For external use only.7. Do not microwave or attempt to reheat the patch.8. These patches are designed for single use only. Do not reuse.9. The patch heats up gradually. You may not feel the heat immediately.10. The heat provided by the patch can help to relieve muscle and joint pain, stiffness, and soreness associated with overexertion, strains, and sprains.

Ingredients: Iron, Vermiculite, Activated Carbon, Water, Salt WARNINGS: Do not use ThermaCare heat wraps: on areas of bruised or damaged skin; with medicated lotions, creams, or ointments; on people unable to follow all use directions or remove the wrap, including children, infants, and some elderly; on areas of the body where you can’t feel heat; with other forms of heat; if the wrap is damaged or torn. Consult a doctor before use if you have diabetes, poor circulation, heart disease, rheumatoid arthritis, or are pregnant. Stop use and consult a doctor if you experience any discomfort, burning, swelling, rash, or other changes in your skin that persist where the wrap is worn. Keep out of reach of children and pets.
