Gently place the rolled earplug over the entrance to your ear canal, ensuring a snug but comfortable seal. Do not insert the earplug into the ear canal. 5. Flatten the earplug against the outer ear to create a complete seal. 6. Repeat steps 2-5 for the other ear.
