Apply the tape firmly to the skin, avoiding wrinkles. 5. Overlap strips by approximately 50% if additional support is needed. 6. Do not apply the tape too tightly, as this can restrict blood flow. 7. If applying to a joint, ensure the joint is in a neutral position to allow for comfortable movement.
Recommended Frequency: Omnitape can be worn continuously for several days, depending on the application and individual needs. Replace the tape if it becomes loose, soiled, or loses its adhesive properties.
If irritation occurs, remove the tape immediately and consult a healthcare professional.
Additional Tips: For optimal adhesion, avoid applying lotions or oils to the skin before application. If removing hair from the area, do so at least 24 hours prior to taping.
