Nexcare Coldhot Cold Heat Bag 10X26,5 for your pain. After a whole day without stopping, really intense muscle pain can arise. To alleviate this, and also the inflammation and pain resulting from a torn ligament, Nexcare has created this bag. It is designed to retain both cold and heat, so it can give you the relief you need in an effective and localised way. It adapts to the shape of your body and is contained in a velcro sleeve that keeps it protected and allows it to be reused.

Instructions for Use:


Cold Therapy: 1. Place the Nexcare Coldhot Comfort pack in the freezer for at least 2 hours before use.
2. Insert the cold pack into the provided velcro sleeve.
3. Apply the pack to the affected area for 15-20 minutes at a time.
4. Do not apply directly to skin without the sleeve.


Heat Therapy: 1. Microwave: Heat the pack in the microwave for the time indicated on the packaging, usually in short intervals, checking the temperature frequently. Be cautious not to overheat.
2. Hot Water: Submerge the pack in hot (not boiling) water for the time specified on the packaging.
3. Insert the heated pack into the provided velcro sleeve.
4. Apply to the affected area for 15-20 minutes at a time.
5. Do not apply directly to skin without the sleeve.


Recommended Frequency:


Apply the Nexcare Coldhot Comfort pack as needed, generally every 2-3 hours. Allow the skin to return to normal temperature between applications.


Additional Tips:


1. Always use the provided velcro sleeve to protect your skin from direct contact with extreme temperatures.
2. Never overheat the pack. 3. Do not use the pack if damaged or leaking. 4. If pain persists, consult a healthcare professional. 5. Store in a cool, dry place when not in use. 6. Do not apply to open wounds or sensitive skin.

Water, Glycerin, Sodium Polyacrylate, Iron Oxide

For external use only. Do not ingest contents. Keep out of reach of children. Do not apply to sensitive skin, open wounds, or areas with poor circulation. Individuals with diabetes or circulatory problems should consult a physician before use. Excessive heat or cold can cause burns. Always use with the protective sleeve. Do not apply for more than 20 minutes at a time. Allow skin to return to normal temperature between applications. Discontinue use if discomfort occurs. Do not microwave. Inspect product before each use; discard if damaged.
