Instructions for Use:
1. Ensure the skin is clean and dry before application.
2. Cut the dressing to the appropriate size, leaving a margin of at least 2cm beyond the wound or device. 3. Remove the protective backing paper. 4. Apply the dressing to the skin, smoothing it down gently to avoid wrinkles. 5. Ensure the dressing adheres firmly to the skin around the edges.
Recommended Frequency:
The dressing can be left in place for several days, depending on the clinical situation. Change the dressing when necessary, such as when it becomes soiled or loses its adhesive properties. For wound care, follow your healthcare professional's advice regarding dressing change frequency.
Additional Tips:
For optimal adhesion, avoid applying lotions or creams to the skin prior to application.
Do not stretch the dressing during application, as this can reduce its adhesive strength.
