How to Use: 1. Wash and dry your hands thoroughly. 2. Insert the Contour Next test strip into the Contour Next meter. The meter will turn on automatically. 3. Obtain a small drop of blood, usually by pricking your fingertip with a lancing device. 4. Gently touch the edge of the test strip to the blood drop. The meter will beep when enough blood has been applied. 5. Wait for the meter to display your blood glucose result. This usually takes a few seconds. 6.
