Directions for Use:
1. Cleanse your face thoroughly with a gentle cleanser and pat dry. 2. Dispense one or two drops of Bio Essential Oil of Damask Rose into the palm of your hand.
3. For sensitive skin or first-time use, dilute the essential oil with a carrier oil such as jojoba, argan, or sweet almond oil. A recommended dilution ratio is 1-2 drops of essential oil per teaspoon of carrier oil.
4. Gently rub your palms together to warm the oil and distribute evenly. 5. Apply the oil to your face using gentle, upward strokes, avoiding the eye area and mucous membranes. 6. Allow the oil to absorb fully into the skin.
Recommended Frequency:
For optimal results, use every night before bed as part of your skincare routine. You can also use it less frequently, such as 2-3 times a week, depending on your skin's needs and tolerance.
