Directions for Use: 1. Apply a generous amount of Interpharma Tiagen Defatigent Gel to the affected areas of your legs. 2. Gently massage the gel into the skin using upward strokes from the ankles towards the thighs. 3. Continue massaging until the gel is fully absorbed. 4. Wash your hands thoroughly after application.


Recommended Frequency: Apply the gel twice daily, preferably in the morning and evening, for optimal results. For intense relief, apply as needed throughout the day.
