Directions for Use: 1. Apply a generous amount of Phergal E'lifexir™ Dermo Fitness Multi-Action Sculpting Gel to the desired areas, such as the waist, arms, and knees.
2. Gently massage the gel into the skin using circular upward motions until fully absorbed.
3. For best results, apply to clean, dry skin.


Recommended Frequency: Apply twice daily, morning and evening, for optimal results. Consistency is key to maximizing the benefits of this product.


Additional Tips: 1. For enhanced absorption and efficacy, exfoliate the target areas 1-2 times per week.
