Directions for Use:


1. Wash your hands thoroughly before and after use. 2. Dispense a small amount of Enna Lubricating Gel onto your fingertips.
3. Apply the gel liberally to the desired area, such as the external intimate area or to your pelvic floor exerciser (e.g., Enna pelvic ball, Kegel balls, or dilators).
4. Reapply as needed.


Recommended Frequency:


Enna Lubricating Gel can be used as often as needed. Use before each application of a pelvic floor exerciser or as desired for intimate lubrication.


Additional Tips:


1. For external use only. Do not insert into the vagina. 2. Discontinue use if irritation occurs and consult with a healthcare professional. 3.
