Farmalastic Innova Hot/Cold Gel Bag

Instructions for Use:

Cold Therapy: 1. Place the Farmalastic Innova Hot/Cold Gel Bag in the freezer for at least 2 hours before use.
2. Insert the gel bag into the provided textile cover.
3. Apply the covered gel bag to the affected area for 15-20 minutes.
4. Remove and allow the skin to return to normal temperature before reapplying.

Heat Therapy: 1. Microwave Method: Heat the gel bag in the microwave at 600W for short intervals (15-20 seconds), checking the temperature frequently until desired warmth is reached. Do not overheat.
2. Boiling Water Method: Bring water to a boil in a pot. Remove from heat and immerse the gel bag in the hot water for 3-5 minutes. Carefully remove and ensure the bag is not too hot.
3. Insert the heated gel bag into the provided textile cover.
4. Apply the covered gel bag to the affected area for 15-20 minutes.
5. Remove and allow the skin to cool down before reapplying.

Recommended Frequency:

Apply the Farmalastic Innova Hot/Cold Gel Bag as needed, up to several times a day. Allow sufficient time between applications for the skin to return to its normal temperature.

Additional Tips:

1. Always use the provided textile cover to protect the skin from direct contact with the gel bag and prevent burns or frostbite.
2. Do not apply the gel bag to broken skin or open wounds.
3. If pain persists or worsens, consult a healthcare professional.
4. Clean the textile cover regularly according to the care instructions.
5. Do not puncture or tear the gel bag. If leakage occurs, discontinue use immediately.
6. Store the gel bag in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and heat.
