In 1946 The Nina Ricci House created Coeur Joie, the House's first perfume. Its second fragrance, L'Air du Temps, is since 1948 the iconic classic known the world over and that has withstood the tests of time and fashion.
Its fame helped consolidate the House's international reputation. In time it was followed by three new creations: Fille d'Eve, Capricci and Farouche.
This rich heritage is still alive today and an endless source of inspiration for the brand and its perfumes.

If the original Nina was a fairy tale fragrance, a true dream anthem and a romantic fragrance that lasts for years after, this time it reinvents itself in the most mischievous and daring way. The apple that inspired the original fragrance is now transformed into a bright, red and “radically gourmand” caramel apple as its creator indicates. Its composition begins with notes of juicy raspberries in combination with the acid of the citron that enhances its initial freshness. Its heart has slightly spicy notes with ginger blossom and velvety, almost creamy and soft gardenias. Its base is the one that gives it power, with extremely feminine bourbon vanilla and crunchy caramel.
This time the forbidden fruit is lacquered in a bright and irresistible red that imitates caramel. The bitten portion is spotless white, indicating its delicate and feminine interior. Its neck is decorated with a white and red ribbon that reminds us of sugar canes.
