Portugal Post : CTT Portugal are at times too rigid in their delivery requirements, They demand a signature or a digital PIN code to be provided to the delivery person rather than the package simply being deposited in a safe place identified by the recipient and CTT notified of, in advance

Portugal Post : Not the best! Their email messaging is inadequate stating “ your parcel will be delivered today before 7pm” and you have to sign for it or give the driver a x4 digit PIN number which the CTT algorithm machine has sent to the recipient by SMS earlier It’s not well thought through It’s not customer friendly So the recipient has to stay home all day waiting …!!
