How to use:
Take 1 capsule daily before sun exposure. Do not exceed the expressly recommended daily dose.
Warnings and conservation:
During sun exposure it is important to apply an appropriate topical sunscreen. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Keep out of the reach of little kids. Store below 30ºC protected from light and humidity. Excessive consumption can cause intestinal discomfort. Avoid consumption together with medications and other fiber-based food supplements.
