In the past, people only applied sunscreen when they ventured outside during the summer months. But now, whether it's cloudy, rainy, spring or winter, we shouldn't go out without sunscreen. However, no one wants to go outside with a white or shiny face, so the best sunscreens are those that provide a matte appearance.
