The first and most important thing is to use a good photoprotector in your daily facial routine. Especially with SPF50. It is also advisable to avoid peak sun hours and to use other means of protection, such as sunglasses, hats, etc.
I recommend following a routine with cosmetic products that help both to minimise their appearance and to prevent them from appearing more or getting darker. They usually contain exfoliating and depigmenting ingredients that soften the colour of the spots and unify the tone. It is advisable to do these treatments in autumn and winter, as they can be photosensitising. In summer it is advisable to continue, as long as we protect ourselves well from the sun and use products that we tolerate well or that are less concentrated.
