Directions for Use: 1. Open one sachet of Esteve Recuperation Fm. 2. Dilute the contents of the sachet in water. For before and after exercise, dilute one sachet in half a liter (500ml) of water. 3. For intense exercise or muscle discomfort, dilute one sachet in one liter (1000ml) of water. 4. Stir until the powder is completely dissolved. 5. Drink the solution.


Recommended Frequency: Before and after exercise, or as needed for muscle discomfort. For intense exercise or prolonged discomfort, consume one liter throughout the activity or period of discomfort.
