Directions for Use: 1. Open one sachet of Esteve Recuperat-Ion Hydrasport Orange Flavour. 2. Dissolve the contents of the sachet in the recommended amount of water. 3. Stir until the powder is fully dissolved. 4. Consume immediately after preparation.


Recommended Frequency: Before exercise: Dissolve one sachet in 500ml of water.
