First time trying a cologne like this. At first, I get a strong lemon smell, almost like cleaning fluid, but then it changes. It gets warmer, like wood and spices. It reminds me of my grandpa's workshop, but in a good way!

For the price, this is a really solid cologne. It's not groundbreaking, but it's a classic scent done well. The citrus notes are bright and refreshing, and the woody base gives it a nice depth. Lasts a decent amount of time too.

I've been a fan of Acqua di Parma for years, mostly their bath products. This was my first foray into their colognes, and I wasn't disappointed. It's definitely got that signature Acqua di Parma freshness, but with a bit more spice than some of their other offerings. It's not quite as long-lasting as the Blu Mediterraneo line, but it's still a great scent for everyday wear.

I first tried this when I went to a jazz festival last summer. It was hot, and everyone was wearing really heavy fragrances. This cut through the noise. I asked the guy next to me what he was wearing, and immediately ordered a bottle when I got home. It's perfect for warm weather.

Blind buy, risky but paid off. Initial blast is citrus, then it dries down to something woodier. Lasts a decent amount of time, projection is moderate. Good for everyday.

Okay, so, Acqua di Parma Colonia Intensa... is it worth the hype? I dunno, it's pricey, let's be real. But the smell... it's just so good. Fresh, kinda woody, lasts a decent amount of time, projection is good for the first couple of hours at least. I think... yeah, it's worth the money if you're looking for something a bit special.
