Good fats, also known as omega-3 fatty acids, are essential fatty acids. They are called essential because the body is not able to produce them on its own. Omega-3 Double Concentrate contains the most important types of omega-3, EPA (eicosapentaenoic acid) and DHA (docosahexaenoic acid). They are commonly found in oily fish such as sardines, mackerel and salmon. Both EPA and DHA contribute to normal heart function.
