Redugras Saciante by Deiters is a food preparation in the form of capsules based on glucomannan, Konjac root powder, rich in vegetable fibers, traditionally used to help control appetite. Glucomannan is a soluble fiber with great capacity to absorb water in the stomach. In the presence of liquid, the fiber increases its volume, so that it provides a feeling of fullness. This satiating power manifests itself with less desire to eat and has a more lasting effect (you do not need to snack between meals). It is recommended to take 2 capsules with 2 glasses of water, half an hour before breakfast, lunch and dinner.
