How to use Enna Cycle Menstrual Cup Size L 2 Units + Steriliser?
Insert the menstrual cup either by hand or with the applicator into the vagina.
Remove as needed with a maximum of 12 hours.
Remove the cup by stretching the thread guide and empty the contents. Then wash it with a flannel or simply with water.
Sterilise: Place the menstrual cup in the container with water, put it in the microwave and leave it until the water boils (approx. 1 minute). Leave the cup to dry in the box in reverse position.
