Directions for Use:1. Open the jar.2. Heat the contents in a water bath or microwave without the lid.
For microwave heating, ensure the jar is suitable for microwave use. Heat in short bursts, stirring in between, to ensure even heating and prevent hot spots.
For water bath heating, place the jar in a pan of simmering water, ensuring the water level does not exceed the jar's lid. Heat until the desired temperature is reached.
Do not boil the product.3. Stir well with a spoon to ensure an even temperature and consistency.4. Check the temperature on your wrist before feeding to your baby. The food should be lukewarm, not hot.


Recommended Frequency: This product can be incorporated into your baby's diet as part of a varied and balanced meal plan. Consult your pediatrician for personalized feeding recommendations based on your baby's age, development, and specific needs.
