Instructions for Use: 1. Carefully inspect the hot water bottle for any leaks or damage before each use. 2. Fill the hot water bottle with hot (not boiling) water, filling it to a maximum of two-thirds capacity. 3. Slowly expel any excess air from the bottle by gently squeezing it until the water reaches the neck. 4. Securely tighten the stopper, ensuring it is firmly closed to prevent leakage. 5. Wrap the hot water bottle in the provided terry cloth cover or a towel. 6. Apply the covered hot water bottle to the desired area. 7. Check the temperature frequently to ensure it is not too hot and avoid burns. 8. Never lie or sit directly on the hot water bottle.


Recommended Frequency: Use as needed for pain relief. Do not use for extended periods of time without breaks. Allow your skin to cool down between applications.


Additional Tips: Never fill the hot water bottle with boiling water. Use caution when filling and handling the hot water bottle to avoid burns. Do not apply the hot water bottle directly to the skin without a cover. Store the empty hot water bottle with the stopper removed in a cool, dry place. Regularly check the hot water bottle for wear and tear and replace it if necessary. If pain persists, consult a healthcare professional.
