How to Use: 1. Position the brace so the pressure pad rests on the top of your forearm, just below the elbow. 2. Wrap the strap around your forearm and secure the fastener. 3. Adjust the strap to achieve a firm, yet comfortable compression. Do not overtighten. 4. The brace can be worn on either arm.
