How to Use:

Gently pull your earlobe outward and upward to straighten the ear canal. 5. Carefully insert the earplug into the ear canal opening. Do not force it in too deep. 6. Hold the earplug in place for a few seconds, allowing it to expand and conform to the shape of your ear canal. It will adapt by itself, molding the stopper. 7.
