Fridol Cold Gel 150ml allows you to relieve the feeling of heaviness or tiredness that occurs in both feet and legs. Directions for Use: 1. Apply a generous amount of Farline Fridol Cold Gel to the affected areas of the legs and feet. 2. Gently massage the gel into the skin using upward strokes from the ankles towards the knees. 3. Continue massaging until the gel is fully absorbed. 4. Wash your hands thoroughly after application.

Recommended Frequency: Apply twice daily, preferably in the morning and evening, or as needed for relief.

Additional Tips: 1. For enhanced cooling sensation, store the gel in the refrigerator. 2. For optimal results, apply after a warm bath or shower. 3. Elevate your legs for 15-20 minutes after application to further reduce swelling and discomfort. 4. Avoid contact with eyes and mucous membranes. 5.
