Directions for Use: 1. Remove the pad from its individual wrapper. 2. Peel off the adhesive backing strip from the wings. 3. Position the pad in your underwear, ensuring the longer, wider end is towards the back for nighttime use. 4. Smooth the wings around the gusset of your underwear to secure the pad in place. 5. Adjust as needed for a comfortable and secure fit.

Recommended Frequency: Change the pad as needed, especially when it feels wet or uncomfortable. Generally, this is recommended every 4-8 hours, or more frequently depending on individual needs. Do not attempt to reuse the pad.
