How to use
Ingredients
GUM Expanding Floss 30m is a thin floss that is easy to slide between teeth. It expands during use to accommodate all interdental spaces and clean more tooth surfaces and sub-gums.
It is gentle on the gums.
USAGE
Take about 45 cm of floss and wrap it around your middle fingers, taking care to leave a few centimetres of floss in the middle.
Pull the thread firmly by pinching it between your thumbs and index fingers.
Gently slide the taut wire between your teeth, down to your gum tissue.
Then, holding the floss against the tooth, make a vertical movement from the gum to the tooth.

How to Use:
1. Cut approximately 45 cm (18 inches) of GUM Expanding Floss. 2. Wrap most of the floss around your middle fingers, leaving a few centimeters (about an inch) of floss between them. 3. Hold the floss tightly between your thumbs and index fingers. 4. Gently guide the floss between your teeth, sliding it down to the gumline. 5. Curve the floss around each tooth in a "C" shape. 6. Slide the floss up and down against the tooth surface, moving from the gumline to the chewing surface. Avoid snapping the floss against the gums. 7. Repeat this process for each tooth, using a fresh section of floss for each interdental space.
Recommended Frequency:
For optimal oral hygiene, use GUM Expanding Floss daily, preferably before brushing.
Additional Tips:
Be Gentle: Do not force the floss between your teeth, as this can damage your gums.
Thorough Cleaning: Ensure you clean each tooth surface, including the back of your last molars.
Persistence is Key: If you experience bleeding, it may be a sign of gum inflammation. Continue flossing daily, and the bleeding should reduce within a week or two. If bleeding persists, consult your dentist.
