Directions for Use: 1. Ensure the skin is clean and dry before application. 2. Pour a small amount of Bio Arnica Vegetable Oil into your palm. 3. Gently rub your hands together to warm the oil. 4. Apply the oil to the desired area (e.g., muscles, joints). 5. Massage the oil into the skin using circular motions, applying gentle pressure. Continue massaging until the oil is absorbed.
