How to use: 1. Remove the individual pad from the pack. 2. Peel off the release paper from the adhesive strip on the back of the pad. 3. Position the pad in the center of your underwear, ensuring the adhesive strip is in contact with the fabric. 4. Smooth the pad down to ensure a secure fit. 5.
