Triptomax by Esteve is a food supplement with tryptophan, magnesium, vitamins and iron that is available in pharmacies and drugstores. Tryptophan is an essential amino acid that helps our body produce serotonin. The human body uses tryptophan to achieve optimal levels of serotinin, a neurotransmitter important to the body due to its modulating effect on a considerable number of functions, including mood regulation. It is recommended to take 2 tablets a day, preferably before breakfast or before one of the main meals. If you prefer, the tablets can be taken separately, one before breakfast and the other before one of the main meals. This guideline can be followed continuously with 4-week rest periods every 3 months of administration. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
