How to Use: 1. Take one ampoule per day, preferably in the morning. 2. Before opening, shake the ampoule well to ensure any sediment is evenly distributed. 3. To open the ampoule, tap one end lightly to make any liquid fall to the bottom. 4. Using a paper towel or ampoule opener (if provided), carefully break off both ends of the ampoule, snapping away from yourself. 5. Pour the contents into a glass or mix with water or fruit juice. 6. Consume immediately after opening.
Recommended Frequency: Take one ampoule daily for 20 days. This course can be repeated several times a year, especially during periods of increased fatigue or seasonal changes. It is recommended to take a break between courses.
