Directions for Use: 1. Take two capsules in the morning, at midday, and in the evening. 2. Swallow the capsules with a large glass of water.


Recommended Frequency: Take six capsules per day, divided into three doses.

Ingredients: Ginger root powder (Zingiber officinale Roscoe), Hydroxypropyl starch, Hydroxypropyl methylcellulose (capsule shell). WARNINGS: Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Not recommended for pregnant or breastfeeding women, children under 12 years of age, or individuals with gallstones or a history of gallbladder disease without consulting a healthcare professional.
