Apply generously to all exposed skin at least 15-30 minutes before sun exposure.
This allows the product to bind to the skin.
Don't forget often-missed areas like your ears, the back of your neck, and the tops of your feet.
Use about a teaspoon (5ml) for the face and neck. Reapply frequently, especially after swimming, sweating, or toweling off.
Generally, reapplication every two hours is recommended, even on cloudy days.
If you are swimming or sweating, reapply immediately.
Avoid contact with eyes.
Applying too little will significantly reduce the level of protection.
