1. Apply Bioderma Photoderm Nude Very Light evenly and liberally to your face and neck before sun exposure.
2. Reapply every two hours, or more frequently after swimming, perspiring, or towel drying.
3. For optimal protection, apply the product 15 minutes before going outdoors.
4. Use a sufficient amount of product. A smaller amount reduces the level of protection significantly.
