Directions for Use: 1. Apply a pea-sized amount of Laboratorio Pelayo Odamida Lape Toothpaste onto a soft-bristled toothbrush.
2. Gently brush all tooth surfaces for at least two minutes, paying attention to the gum line.
3. Spit out the excess toothpaste and rinse your mouth thoroughly with water. 4. Do not swallow the toothpaste.


Recommended Frequency: Use twice daily, in the morning and evening, after meals, or as directed by your dentist.


Additional Tips: For optimal results, use in conjunction with flossing and regular dental check-ups.
