Directions for Use: 1. Apply a pea-sized amount of GUM® Ortho toothpaste gel onto a soft-bristled toothbrush. 2. Brush all tooth surfaces thoroughly, paying special attention to areas around brackets, wires, and other orthodontic appliances. 3. Brush gently for at least two minutes using a circular motion. 4. Rinse your mouth thoroughly with water after brushing.
Recommended Frequency: Brush your teeth with GUM® Ortho toothpaste gel at least three times a day, after meals, or as directed by your dentist or orthodontist.
Additional Tips: 1. For optimal oral hygiene, use a GUM Proxabrush® or other interdental cleaning device to clean between teeth and around orthodontic appliances. 2. Consider using a fluoride mouthwash as an additional preventive measure against cavities. 3. Maintain regular visits to your dentist and orthodontist for professional cleanings and check-ups. 4. A healthy diet low in sugar can also contribute to maintaining good oral health during orthodontic treatment. 5.
