1. Apply a pea-sized amount of GUM Bio Toothpaste Gel Mint onto a soft-bristled toothbrush.
2. Brush all tooth surfaces gently for at least two minutes, using circular motions.
3. Pay special attention to the gum line and areas where plaque tends to accumulate. 4. Spit out the excess toothpaste after brushing. 5. Rinse your mouth thoroughly with water.
Recommended Frequency:
Brush your teeth with GUM Bio Toothpaste Gel Mint at least twice a day, ideally after every meal, or as directed by your dentist or dental hygienist.
Additional Tips:
