Directions for Use: 1. Apply a pea-sized amount of toothpaste to the PHB Cepillo Plus Mini Suave brush head. 2. Place the brush at a 45-degree angle to the gum line. 3. Gently brush in a circular motion, ensuring all tooth surfaces are cleaned. 4. Brush for at least two minutes, paying attention to hard-to-reach areas. 5. Rinse your mouth thoroughly with water. 6. Clean the brush head under running water and place the protective cap on the brush head to allow it to dry hygienically.


Recommended Frequency: Brush your teeth at least twice a day, ideally after every meal, or as recommended by your dental professional.
