Place the brush head against your teeth at a 45-degree angle to the gum line. 5. Turn on your GUM SONIC SENSITIVE toothbrush. 6. Gently move the brush head from tooth to tooth, allowing the sonic vibrations to do the work. 7. Do not scrub or apply excessive pressure. 8. Brush for two minutes, ensuring you reach all surfaces of your teeth and along the gum line. 9. Rinse your mouth thoroughly with water after brushing. 10. Rinse the brush head under running water and store upright.
