Directions for Use: 1. Gently insert the GUM® Interdental Brush 1314 into the interdental space (the space between your teeth).
2. Do not force the brush. If it doesn't fit easily, choose a smaller size. 3. Move the brush back and forth a few times to remove plaque and debris. 4. Rinse the brush with water after each use. 5. Replace the brush when the filaments become worn or frayed.
Recommended Frequency: Use daily, preferably after brushing and flossing, to maintain optimal oral hygiene.
Additional Tips: 1. Consult with your dentist or dental hygienist to determine the appropriate interdental brush size for your needs. 2.
