In-and-out motion: Move the brush back and forth a few times to remove plaque and debris. 4. Rinse and repeat: Rinse the brush under running water after each use. Repeat the process for all interdental spaces. 5. Replace the cap: After use, place the protective cap back on the brush for hygienic storage.
Recommended Frequency: Use daily, preferably after brushing your teeth, to maintain optimal interdental hygiene.
